His father disappeared when he was young, and his mother was killed by Wels, in front of his and his younger sister Primera's eyes. Since then, Primera hasn't spoken a word since. Billy also runs an orphanage on a nearby island. |

She is also the daughter of Ol' man Bal from the Stalacite Cave. Her father was detained to Solaris because of his ability to build Gears, and hasn't been heard from since. Maria has no humanpower at all but the massive Seibzehn really makes up for it. |
